Asian Lettuce Wraps

asian lettuce wraps.jpeg

If you’re an Asian food lover like I am, you’ve likely eaten at an Asian restaurant that serves some version of lettuce wraps.

These Asian Lettuce Wraps are so completely satisfying & the freshness of the lettuce & crunch of the veggies is so amazing! I have loved Asian Lettuce Wraps for years & now I love the fact that I can make them at home.

The filling for these cooks so quickly that dinner is done in a snap. Typically Asian Lettuce Wraps are eaten with iceberg lettuce but at my house we really love butter lettuce or Bibb lettuce for wraps. Really any type of lettuce that you like will do.

The simple seasonings & sauce that goes into these Asian Lettuce Wraps is the key to their extraordinary flavor. Be sure to mix up the seasonings & the sauce before you start cooking. The process goes really quickly once you get the bulk of the ingredients into the skillet & you won’t want to overcook your meat because you didn’t have the seasonings & sauce prepared ahead.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
