Mashed Sweet Potatoes

I like to use white sweet potatoes to jazz things up.  Their flavor is a bit more mild than their orange flesh cousins & they just give a different atmosphere to a dish.  Plus they are quick to whip up & make a great side for many different meals. Try them with Butter Chicken, Chicken Pomodoro or  Pulled Pork
