plank salmon

A cedar plank adds so much yummy, smokey flavor to grilled food.  It's no different with this plank grilled salmon, but the pineapple salsa takes it to a totally different level.   It's an elegant presentation that is quick & fresh & will be one of the best things you have ever put in your mouth!
