Salted Pecan Candy Bites

I have to tell you that with just 3 ingredients, I was having trouble naming these incredible little things.  But not to fear, my husband came to the rescue!  So you can give him the credit for the name & I'll give him the credit for eating the last few of them! HA!

These little Salted Pecan Candy Bites are insanely amazing!  And, they are super quick & simple to make!  My terrific friend gave me a whole set of flavored salt for my birthday & so I used the ginger flavor for my finishing salt, but you could use any flavor or a plain one as well & they would be just as good!  This is the ginger salt that I used.

Make sure when you sprinkle the salt over the candies, you hold your hand about 12" above the cookie sheet to distribute them evenly.  If you hand is too close to where you drop the salt, you will end up with a whole lot in one spot which doesn't taste good!
