Warm Balsamic Berries

cake-3.jpg

If you think balsamic vinegar is only for savory dishes, think again.

The tartness of balsamic combined with the sweet fruit & raw honey in this dessert are amazing.  I came up with this recipe one day when I was in need of a quick dessert and really had to use what I had in my house.  I was so please with the end result.  Plus this dessert is super fast to make & is ready in about 15 minutes total.

These berries would also be really good on top of some Paleo pancakes, tossed with some pecans or walnuts as a side to breakfast or top these berries with my Cinnamon Coconut Whipped Cream & sprinkle on some sliced almonds for an anytime treat.
